Choosing Home

housing & home improvment services

This program provides financial support to older adults age 60 and older who are facing urgent housing challenges, helping cover critical home repairs and improvements. By addressing these immediate needs, the program empowers older adults to remain safe, stable, and independent in the homes they know and love, rather than being forced into long-term care.
